Acceptance of terms

By using GrubGrade you agree to these Terms of Service and any future updates we publish here. If a release no longer meets your needs, uninstalling the app ends the agreement.

What the service provides

GrubGrade aggregates NYC Department of Health inspection data and translates it into plain-language ratings, grades, and violation details to help you evaluate restaurants quickly. The information comes directly from city records and can change whenever NYC publishes new updates.

Your responsibilities

• Verify any restaurant information before dining based on your comfort level.
• Do not misuse the product, interfere with other users, or violate applicable laws.
• Keep your app and device secure to protect any locally stored favorites or notifications.

Limitations of liability

GrubGrade is provided without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied. We are not liable for damages resulting from your reliance on the app; discontinue use if you disagree with this clause.
